Privacy policy
This site is a static website. There is no login, no account, no comment system and no shopping cart, which means there is very little to collect in the first place.
What is collected
Server logs. The web server records standard request information: the page requested, the time, an IP address, the referring page and the browser's user-agent string. These are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not sold.
Email you send. If you write to hello@theweekendfolio.com, that message and your address are kept in the mailbox so the conversation can be continued. Ask for it to be deleted and it will be.
What is not collected
There are no analytics scripts, no advertising tags, no social media pixels, no fingerprinting and no third-party trackers on this site. No cookies are set by this site. There is no newsletter and no mailing list, so there is no list to be on.
Third parties
Pages are served from a server operated on our behalf by a hosting provider, which processes requests in order to deliver the page to you. Images and text are served from the same domain; the site loads no assets from third-party domains, so no third party sees your visit.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU or a jurisdiction with comparable law, you have the right to ask what data is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. Given the above, the answer is usually "server logs and any email you sent". Write to hello@theweekendfolio.com and it will be handled.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
