Pattern corrections

If a stitch count does not come out at the end of a round, that is an error worth reporting. Say which pattern, which round, what you counted and what hook and yarn you used. Corrections are made to the page and the update date changes, so you can see the pattern has been revised.

Questions about a pattern

Substitutions, sizing up or down, or a round that does not read clearly — ask. Questions that come up more than once usually end up in that pattern's questions section.

Selling what you make

Short version: yes, you may sell finished items made from the free patterns here, in small quantities, and you do not need to ask. A link back is appreciated but not required. What you may not do is republish or resell the pattern itself. The terms page sets this out properly.

Response time

This site is run alongside other work, so expect about a week. A correction that affects a live pattern is handled faster than that.
